On November 5, 1996 Randy Shoulders drove into Phoenix knowing no one, without any denominational or church sponsorship, believing God had led him to begin a new church. After eight years of pastoring in Texas, there was a growing, burning desire within his heart to see God do something so amazing and so incredible that people would have to agree that only God could do it.
On Easter Sunday, March 30, 1997, eighty people stepped onto the Pinnacle Peak Patio and affirmed the fact that God was going to begin building His church in North Scottsdale. A small group of people began meeting together for Bible study during that summer and on November 4, 1997 Fellowship North launched its Sunday worship services.
Since then God has provided 5 acres at 8584 E. Dynamite Blvd. with two existing buildings (a 2600 sq ft house and a 4200 sq ft barn/warehouse). We began meeting on site in October 2001 where God has continued to show Himself faithful as Fellowship North’s influence is growing throughout the community.
